From the Lake

Mixed media drawings begun during an Artist's Residency at the Morris Graves Foundation, Morris Graves Studio. The series included eleven birds and eleven days. Each day a new bird would reveal itself. The lake and surrounds were drawn in the style of that bird's song. Graphite and paper on panel with beeswax and oil.
